Emily Wilkinson is a Glasgow-based chef and food writer.
She is best known locally and across the UK for vegan recipes rooted heavily in tradition. She has a love of wild food, and when she's not in the kitchen can be found foraging around the Scottish countryside.
Emily currently works in a Pan-Asian vegan restaurant, and hosts her own popup dinners across Scotland. She also takes on various private and commercial freelance projects.
Her articles and recipes have been featured by numerous publications, including The Scotsman, STV Glasgow, VegFestUK, The Vegan Society, Veganuary, Vegan Life Magazine, Vegan Food and Living, T.O.F.U. Magazine, and One Green Planet.
In 2015, Emily published her first cookbook, New Traditions: Christmas Recipes For A Vegan Future.
